Blocking Numbers in Ring Central – MANZANA

Go to your RingCentral app and select Settings, then Edit the Extension Settings
It will pop up a browser window. Select Screening, Greeting & Hold Music. Then Blocked Calls. You can enter the number in the highlighted window below. In addition, you can customize what it says to the blocked caller
