In order to display your laptop's screen on the TV in Warehouse 1, you'll need to connect to the Microsoft 4K Wireless Display Adapter.
1. Locate the remote and turn on the power.
2. Select Input HDMI #2
3. You should then see this welcome screen:
4. If you don't see the microsoft welcome screen, you'll see the No Signal message:
To Fix this, make sure the Display Adapter in the back is plugged in. One side into the USB port (USB 2.0) and one into HDMI 2.
Also make sure that the light on the top of the dongle is on.
If you still don't see the welcome screen, try unplugging the Display Adapter from the USB and plugging it in again. You can also press the button on the side to "reset" it.
If after unplugging it and plugging it back in and clicking the reset button you still don't see the welcome screen, contact IT (support@manzanaproductsco.com) OR use the HDMI cable on the back of the TV if you are in a hurry.
5. Log into your laptop and click on the Windows Notifications button on the bottom right side of your taskbar. Then click “Project.”
6. On the next screen, click “Extend”
7. On the next screen, select "WH1" (picture below shows a different name)
8. If prompted, enter the PIN from the TV screen
9. Your laptop will then show “Connected.” You can disconnect when you're done by clicking the disconnect button at the top of the screen.
HDMI Cable Method
If you are having trouble, there is also an HDMI cable located on the back of the TV. You can plug one end into the HDMI ports on the TV and one into your laptop.
