Many of the applications you use here at Manzana are also available for your smart phone! Just visit your phone's App Store, search for and download them. You can log into each of them using your same credentials you do at work.
OUTLOOK: Arguably the most important piece of workplace software to have on mobile, this will allow you to stay current on your emails and calendar. This is recommended over using your phone's native email client.
TEAMS: Fast becoming the flagship product of the Microsoft suite of products, Teams combines Chat, Internal Phone Calls, File Sharing & Storage, Audio and Video Meetings, Calendar and it's "Teams" groups into one application. Teams has become the quickest way to communicate with your coworkers and you'll want to have it on your phone so you don't miss something important.
RINGCENTRAL: The most used aspect of RingCentral at Manzana is for dialing and receiving Outside Calls. So, if you work with clients or vendors, you'll want to have this one on your phone. In addition, RingCentral provides "backup" features (we already use other apps that do these things...) like Chat, Video Calls, Texting, Tasks and more. If, for some reason, you can't reach a co-worker on Teams, try RingCentral!
