Microsoft Teams is our primary communication application, and you can do a lot with it:
-
Making Calls - Teams can be used to make one-to-one or group calls with anyone in your organization without having to host a Team meeting.
- You can make a call in several ways, but the main area is the "Calls" section of Teams
- On most screens, anywhere you can see a person you want to connect with, you can call them.

- Lastly, you can, of course, make a Team! You may have existing Teams you already belong to or need to create a new one. And each Team has a wide variety of features you can add in addition to the Team Chat aspect.
