No Sound from Headphones - Thin Client

If you are trying to use headphones, there's no sound, and you use a "Thin Client" (not an actual desktop PC but a Terminal), then follow this advice. NOTE: You cannot use a microphone when you have a Thin Client version of Windows. 

1. Prior to logging in, go to the HP Settings and unmute

2. Log in as normal and your headphones should now have sound.
