If you have your additional monitor(s) set up from your laptop and they suddenly stop working, here's a list of things to check:
1) Is there power to the monitors? Are they turned on?
2) Is the docking station plugged in and showing power?
3) Is your laptop plugged into the docking station with the USB-C cable? Does it show that it's charging/plugged in at the bottom right of your screen?
4) Open your display settings by clicking the start menu and clicking the settings wheel
5) Click on System
6) Make sure you have "Extend these Displays" selected under Multiple Displays
7) Then check that all of your monitors are appearing in the Display section at the top. Note that you the picture of the monitors below reflects the physical arrangement of your monitors. You can also click, "Identify" and the associated numbers will appear briefly on your actual monitors.
8) If none of these steps resolve your issue, try rebooting your laptop and/or the docking station. If they monitors don't come up this time, check the above settings once more.
