1. Go to Excel SharePoint file
2. In the file select open on desktop app
3. From the desktop excel version of Sharepoint go to file->Info->”Copy Path”
4. The path with be an excel file path, at the end of the path description delete everything after .xlsx

5. Open Power BI
6. Select Get Data
7. Choose “Web”
