"Save As" Not Working or Showing a Blank Screen

IAN ASBURY -

When Adobe does an update, it will sometimes turn on "Show online storage when opening files" from within it's settings. This will result in the "Save As" function not working and showing a blank screen when trying to save. Here's how to fix this.

1. You're trying to edit a PDF or just save it with a different file name using the "Save As" function in Adobe and getting this:

2. Resolve this by navigating to Edit --> Preferences

3. Go to the General Category and then UNCHECK the box next to, "Show online storage when saving files." Then click OK at the bottom.

4. Clicking "Save As" from the Edit menu will now present you with a directory navigation where you can save your file where you need to.

5. This should resolve the issue.
