Dial An Employee on the Conference Room 1 Polycom

How to locate and call an internal employee on the Conference Room 1 Polycom

Main Screen – Click Contacts

Click Corporate Directory

You’ll see the Search Screen

Type in FIRST name, click Done (or just wait and the next screen will appear…)

Gray Highlight is the selected person to call – Click Dial

Call in progress

TIP - Do not type first then last name

TIP - Do Not type in last name, first name
